Piano Senior Division (Ages 14–18, as of February 15,2028)

Maximum performance time: 10 minutes.

Each participant is required to perform a work by Johann Sebastian Bach (see choices below).

• One Prelude and Fugue from The Well-Tempered Clavier, Book I or II.
• Two contrasting movements from a French Suite, one of which must be an Allemande.
• Two contrasting movements from an English Suite, one of which must be the Prelude
• Two contrasting movements from Partita or Toccata.
• When choosing Partita in B Flat Major, Prelude AND Gigue are required.
• Two contrasting selections from the Sinfonias.
• One of the Fantasies: BWV 906, 917, or 919
• Italian Concerto, 1st or 3rd movement

When choosing Partita in B Flat Major, Prelude AND Gigue are required.

Memorization is required.
